Hello SPA 3 Homeless Service Partners,
First, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to making sure people we serve continue to receive critical, lifesaving services during this uncertain time. Apologies if you have already received this information from LAHSA, however I want to make sure you have the latest news on current resources and critical updates. I’ve also shared guidance issued by the state to providers for your awareness.

Provider Resources: Last week, LAHSA launched a web based portal with key COVID-19 resources for providers and an email address (email@example.com) to capture any of your questions. To increase our accessibility, we’ve now established a Provider Hotline. This hotline is staffed by LAHSA each weekday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. starting, Wednesday, March 18th at 8 a.m. LAHSA staff will record all questions and will publish a FAQ document the next day by 12 p.m. here that provides answers to the questions received the previous day. If your staff have any questions, please encourage them to contact us via the Provider Hotline at 213-233-4796.
CFO/ Financial Update: Please see the attached memo with information that regarding LAHSA's work to minimize administrative barriers that was shared with all contracted agency CFOs.
Winter Shelter Program: LAHSA's website currently has the most recent Winter Shelter Program updates, including extensions past March 31, 2020.
