The agency provides substance abuse services to people who live in Los Angeles County. Services include adult diversion services, drug/alcohol testing, and substance use disorder counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency accepts clients who are court, probation, parole and DCFS referred. In limited circumstances, the agency may accept others on a case by case basis.

The adult diversion service is a Penal Code 1000 (PC-1000) certified deferred entry of judgement program.

Drug/alcohol testing is completed onsite and is for participants of the substance abuse program and DCFS requests.

Substance use disorder counseling is provided for adolescents and adults. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply. An appointment is preferred. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Enrollment is $20 and each session is $25 for all programs. The drug/alcohol testing fee is $45.
