The agency provides child care and family service programs for people who live in portions of the San Gabriel Valley and Northeast Los Angeles. This office administers all of the agency’s programs which include child care, child care information and referral, child care subsidies, a food program for child care providers, and technical assistance. The geographic restrictions vary for each program.

The food program for child care providers offers subsidies to licensed day care services who provide meals and snacks to children. These services are provided in Alhambra, Azusa, Baldwin Park, El Monte, La Habra Heights, La Mirada, Rosemead, San Gabriel, South El Monte, Temple City, and Whittier.
