The agency provides substance use disorder services for adults in Los Angeles County. Services include opioid detoxification, and methadone maintenance. There are no geographic restrictions.

Opioid detoxification is a 21-day or 180-day program for people who are addicted to opiates. The methadone maintenance program is a two year program for people who have two previous treatment failures. All programs include individual and group counseling, blood and urine tests, and regulated doses of methadone. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information or to apply for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees are based on a sliding scale from $190 and up. Cash, Medi-Cal, and Proposition 36 funds are accepted.
