The agency provides health services for people of all ages who live in the Greater Los Angeles area. Services include child health and disability prevention exams, contract clinic services for uninsured individuals and general relief recipients, family planning, and general medical care. There are no geographic restrictions.
Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant’s household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.
The program provides clinical services for family planning and reproductive health at no cost to eligible uninsured residents. Women and men are eligible if they reside in California, are at risk of pregnancy or causing pregnancy, have a gross family income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and have no other source of health care coverage for family planning services.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-3:00PM; Sat-Sun, 7:00AM-9:00PM.
