The division provides utilities for City of Azusa residents and businesses. Services include electric service providers, residential energy/conservation rebates and water service providers.

Rebates for water services include the turf removal program, the rain barrel rebate program and water controllers.

Rebates for residential electric services include the Energy Star Appliance Program and the home weatherization program. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call, walk in or visit the website for information or to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees for electric and water service; there are no fees for rebate programs.
