The program provides loans to low and moderate income homeowners of Montebello. Services include home improvement loans to benefit people who meet HUD income guidelines. There are geographic restrictions.

The Home Rehabilitation and Preservation Program assists property owners to address code violations and health and safety hazards in the house. The Deferred Loans have a 3% fixed interest rate. It matures in 15 years. No prepayment penalties apply. The maximum loan amount is $80,000. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
