The agency provides services for older adults, age 55 and older, who live in West Covina and surrounding communities. Services include Alzheimer’s Disease caregiver support groups, certificates/forms assistance, congregate meals, multiple sclerosis related support groups, health fairs, living trust preparation assistance, Medicare counseling, and will preparation assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-4:00PM.
