The program provides home delivered meals for frail or elderly seniors and for adults 18 years and older who are ill or disabled and who are unable to shop or cook for themselves. Services are available for people who live in Claremont (91711) and a portion of Pomona that is north of Holt Ave. and east of Garey Ave. A hot meal is delivered, mid-day, five days per week; Saturday meals are also available for delivery on Friday.
