Winter Shelter Program. Every winter since 1994 ESGVCH has provided night-time shelter for persons with no where to go. Up to 200 are admitted each night over 1400 unduplicated people and families sheltered during winter season. The program operates in partnership with 6 area churches who open their facilities and provide volunteers to ESGVCH for operation for the winter shelter program
