• Age 18 years or older

• Currently homeless or at risk of homelessness

• May also have 1 child under age 5

Intake Process

• The individual seeking help must be the one to call (626) 577-4434 and do a phone intake.

• Prospective residents are called based on program availability to complete an application and interview.
