The program provides pro-life oriented pregnancy services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Some services are targeted to pregnant women and the Spanish-speaking community. Services include pro-life counseling, post abortion counseling, post abortion support groups, pregnancy testing, sex education and printed materials. Geographic restrictions apply for some services.

Services include information and community education about the pro-life philosophy and alternatives to abortion; pregnancy counseling centers and 24 hour helplines; maternity homes; community education through its centers, speakers, literature, and the media. It does not view abortion as an acceptable option to an unplanned pregnancy, but offers post-abortion counseling and post abortion support groups.

Services include telephone and in-person counseling and referrals to pregnancy-related resources. All centers, except for the administrative office also provide pregnancy testing and prenatal care referrals. Some centers also offer reference libraries. The administrative office operates a speakers bureau which offers presentations for schools and community groups, and an abstinence-based sex education program. The sex education program is called “Sex, Love and Choices” and consists of a one to two hour presentation including a film and a question and answer period.

The agency provides pregnancy testing and ultrasounds for women who qualify. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or to arrange for services.
