Do you like warm meals and friendly conversation? Consider joining the Garvey center for lunch. Meals are served Monday through Friday on a first come, first serve basis. Meal tickets sales for lunch begin at 10 am, at the Garvey Center counter located at 9108 Garvey Ave., and meal service begins at 11:15 am. Participants must be 60 or over and possess a current valid identification to be enrolled in the program. Meals are $1.25 for residents, $3.25 for non-residents and $4.25 for care givers.
