Heritage Clinic provides mental health services for adults 55+ and some at younger ages who are physically challenged or are caregiving for an older adult. Services available may vary depending on funding and on program guidelines. We serve persons who live in San Gabriel Valley, Glendale and Burbank; the Greater downtown LA area, East LA and Hollywood areas; Long Beach, the South Bay, Inglewood and the Antelope Valley in our offices and in client places of residence. This program is funded in whole or in part by the Los Angeles County Dept. of Community & Senior Services.
