The program provides health services for adults 50 years and older who live in El Monte and the surrounding communities. Services include monthly blood pressure screenings. Flu shots are given each fall. There are no geographic restrictions.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information or to register. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for most services.

Hours: Mon-Thurs, 7:00AM-7:30PM; Friday, 8:00AM-7:30PM; Sat, 10:00AM-5:00PM.
