The center provides health services for people of all ages in the Pomona area. Services include contract clinics, contraception, pediatrics, sexually transmitted disease screening, and women’s health centers. There are no geographic restrictions.
Contract clinics services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant’s household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; appointments are required. ID and proof of income are required for income-eligible programs. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees to eligible contract clinic patients.
Hours: Mon-Tues, Thurs, 8:00AM-8:30PM; Wed, Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM; Sat, 9:00AM-2:00PM.
