If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness, please submit a request on the Los Angeles Homeless Outreach Portal (LA-hop.org). LAHOP is designed to connect people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County to outreach teams. An outreach team will be dispatched to the location within a few days to discuss available services and interim housing options. Please note: If submitting a request for yourself, please make sure to choose “self-referral.” In fields that ask for “organization” or “company,” you can put “not applicable”.

Call 211 for all housing and social service-related questions. If you are in PATH’s service planning area, you will be connected to PATH. If you are in a different service planning area, you will be connected to the nearest lead homeless service provider.
