24 month transitional housing placement opportunity for former foster and probation youth ages 18-24. Offers clean and safe furnished housing, private bedroom, food stipend, independent living training, collaborative development of independent living goals, contribution to a savings account, youth can take bedroom furniture with them upon completion of the program, bus pass, linkage to mental health services, and case management services.
