The agency provides substance use disorder services primarily for adults who live in the San Gabriel Valley. Services are targeted but not limited to low-income homeless people. Services include administrative entities, alcohol and drug use disorder support groups, alcohol use disorder and drug use disorder drop in services, central intake/assessment for alcohol and drug use disorder, comprehensive outpatient alcohol and drug use disorder treatment, and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program is DCFS and Court approved. This is a nine month program.

The agency’s drop in center operates during business hours and provides a safe place for individuals to read, watch television and video tapes, play chess and relax.
