The agency provides health services for low-income L A County residents, including people who are undocumented. Services include adolescent/adult immunizations, community clinic services, flu shot services, general medical care for uninsured and general relief recipients under the L A County contract clinic program, general physical examinations, pregnancy testing services, sexually transmitted disease screening services and tuberculosis screening services. There are no geographic restrictions.
Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant’s household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM; Sat, 9:00AM-3:00PM.
