The program provides health services for older adults who live in South El Monte and surrounding communities. Services include blood pressure screenings, Preventative Health Care Program and senior centers. There are no geographic restrictions. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
