Enhanced emergency shelter program for immediate and urgent housing needs of the SED/SPMI, TAY young men (18-25) indigent, homeless, at risk of homelessness, temporary shelter for TAY clients in a supportive housing environment for up to 29 nights (including extensions) while pursuing long term goals of permanent housing, free transportation, meals and other enhanced services.
