The agency provides health services for families, adults and children who live in Los Angeles County. Services include general medical care, community clinics, contraception, family planning, immunizations, pap tests, pediatrics, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, sexually transmitted disease screening, sexually transmitted disease treatment and Tuberculosis screening. There are no geographic restrictions. APPLICATION PROCEDURE An appointment is required. Call or walk in to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees are on a sliding scale, call for information. Medi-Cal, Medicare and private insurance are accepted.
