The agency provides emergency food for children age 18 and younger in Los Angeles County, through the Summer Food Service Program. Services include summer food service programs. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides free nutritious meals that meet USDA guidelines and may include breakfast, lunch, supper and/or morning and afternoon snacks.
