Antelope Valley. Services include a hot lunch program at many community locations, a home-delivered meal program, long term case/care management program, nutrition education, recreational activities and telephone reassurance. Case workers are available to assist seniors, in an emergency, on very short notice. Age restrictions apply; geographic restrictions apply for some services.

A hot, nutritious lunch is provided at various sites throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Reservations are required at all sites.

Case/care management program is offered throughout San Gabriel Valley and Antelope Valley and the entire District Five area. Age and eligibility restrictions apply for the program.

Home delivered frozen meals are provided for disabled and homebound seniors who meet program guidelines and who live within the service area. The service area includes Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, Avocado Heights, Baldwin Park, Bassett, Covina, Duarte, Glendora, Hacienda Heights, Industry, La Habra Heights, La Puente, La Verne, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Rosemead, Rowland Heights, San Dimas, San Gabriel, Sierra Madre, South San Gabriel, Temple City, Valinda, Walnut and West Covina.
